WCPCA contributed funds to help construct a preschool kindergarten facility. This supported the work of the parents of the children who attended the school. The parents, themselves, helped raise money and did voluteer work to paint the school and complete the playground.

The volunteer, Joan Mandelko, taught nutrition through games and music at the school.

WCPCA members Beryl Brinkman and Pat Wand visited the school in 1989.
