Minutes of the annual general membership meeting of WCPCA - December 4, 2011

The annual membership meeting of WCPCA which is required by the constitution was held as a potluck dinner at the home of board member, Dale Morse, on Sunday, December 4, 2011. Approximately 35 people attended.

After dinner and introductions Dorothy reviewed the highlights of the 2011 activities. Jim Beyer as the nominating committee presented a slate of WCPCA members that he proposed for the 2012 board. Members attending elected the proposed slate by voice vote.

The newly elected WCPCA board for 2012 is the following:

Miriam Aiken, Secretary
Dale Morse, Treasurer
Felicia Kenney, Communications Coordinator

Josette Green

The membership meeting concluded after the election and we proceeded to the evening's program.
